Astral Boss Guide Empty Astral Boss Guide

Here is this guide for the guildies that do astral Smile

Silent Isle:
- The boss will spawn blue water circles underneath every player one by one, which will explode after a short time and deal damage in aoe.
- At 10%-15% the boss will go invisble and spawn 2 waves of skeletons, it's best to stack on tank before this happens.

Glitterlake Isle:
- A tank and offtank will be required, the boss applies a DoT debuff which stacks up. At 6+ stacks (depending on how geared tank is), the offtank needs to take aggro until the debuff is gone and then switch back to main tank.
- Scorpions will spawn which need to be taken down ASAP before they stack up, they should be killed under the boss as they create acid when they die which damages the boss.

Lab Nine:
- The boss will spawn alot of zombies which need to be taken down ASAP and once they die they spawn acid which deals alot of damage in an aoe, everyone needs to avoid this. Other that, basic tank n spank on the boss.
-The boss will also have a shield which deflects damage back to the attacker, this shield can be dispelled by mages.

Abandoned Pyramid:
-Every minute or so the boss will have white text speech in the chat box which everyone needs to look out for, a blue circle will spawn in a random place. Everyone will need to run to the blue circle ASAP and stand in the middle until they get a buff, then there will be an explosion and anyone outside of it will be killed instantly.
-Mobs will spawn once the blue circle disappears an the tank will need to get aggro on these, they also die when the blue cicle explodes so it's not neccessary for dps to attack them.
-When the boss reaches 20% he will transform and have claws which hit very hard, so it's a dps race from then.
-I've noticed that the boss only spawns the circles 4 times when I've run it, but it could be the 20% mark. Either way, once he hits 20% no more running into circles.

Zavert Isle
-The dragon will pull everyone towards him and everyone needs to run away in a different direction as a quake will spawn under each party member, the damage from it can stack.
-Boss actually has 2 attacks and he rotates between them.
1. Pulls all party members in and AOEs. In this case you want to run away from the boss.
2. Preceded by an ice windstorm as an indicator on a player. Pulls everyone to an individual player and then explosion. Everyone needs to run from that player. This one is by far the most damaging.

Hikut Shard
-When you reach the 'dark area' with tentacles circle around it and kill all the predators, be careful they hit really hard.
-The boss is mostly a tank n spank but after awhile it will go invulnerable and spawn a clone.
-When this happens the tank needs to stay on the boss and keep attacking it while the rest of the party kill the clone then the boss will be attackable again.
